Whole30 Program and Garlic?

Summary The Whole30 diet is a month-long eating program that aims to achieve better long-term health. Consider the Whole30 like a reset button. For 30 days, more or less, we eliminate foods that scientific literature and clinical experience have shown to be commonly problematic in blood sugar regulation and hormones, digestion, cravings and habits, immune system, and inflammation. The Whole30 diet is a strict 30-day elimination diet that was developed in 2009 by two certified sports nutritionists, who promoted it as a way to reset our metabolism and reshape our relationship with food. The program focuses on the idea that certain foods to ⁠include refined sugar, grains, legumes, alcohol, and dairy. By eliminating these foods from our diet, apparently, our body can recover from negative effects and promote long-term health.

Is Garlic part of the Whole30 Program? Yes, garlic is a great addition to any meal as a Whole 30 item. This program emphasizes eating whole foods. And staying away from processed foods found virtually everywhere in the grocery store. Garlic is a whole food. And if you’re living with chronic health issues, this program can help you understand how your body reacts to certain foods. If you decide to participate in the Whole 30 challenge, focus on what you can eat for 30 days. In my opinion, focusing on what you can't eat is setting yourself up to have a negative experience.
